Erosion and Sediment

• County Application for Land-Disturbing Permit – To be completed by property owners or contractors desiring grade, fill, excavate or otherwise disturb more than 10,000 square feet of land as part of construction or site-preparation activities (not required for single-family residential housing construction or location of manufactured housing units).
